14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Appeard within the first 14 days of a new subscription, email hello@appeard.ai and we'll refund your most recent payment in full — no questions asked. The 14-day window starts from the date of your first paid subscription, not from each renewal.
Renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. We do not provide automatic refunds for renewal charges, but:
- You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately and your access continues until the end of the current period.
- If you forgot to cancel and were billed within the last 7 days, contact us at hello@appeard.ai and we'll work with you on a pro-rata refund.
What is not refundable
- One-time credit purchases that have already been consumed (used credits cannot be refunded).
- Subscriptions cancelled more than 14 days after purchase, beyond the renewal window above.
- Charges where evidence indicates abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeat sign-up, refund, sign-up cycles).
How to request a refund
- Email hello@appeard.ai from the email address on your account.
- Include the order ID or the date of the charge.
- Tell us briefly why you're requesting a refund — it helps us improve the product.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
